etc provided) 1 extra add 10%, 2 extra add

A non refundable deposit of 25% - minimum
£100 - is required with your booking,
and the balance is due 4 weeks prior to
arrival, whereupon the whole becomes non-refundable.

In case of a last minute cancellation, we recommend
that guests take out their own travel insurance.
For fairness, we will always try to re-let so
that some refund can be made, although this
is unlikely
in the self catering market where bookings tend
to be made well in advance.
